Pranksters – Living Disaster

Image: 1590528 Formed in 2003, Pranksters launched their first demo in 2004 which received a warm welcome by leading Danish music magazine "Gaffa" as "pure punk-rock performed by experienced musicians".

The same year, the band were awarded the title of best rock band in Roskilde. Since then, the band have been on a roll, going through a few line-up changes that brought them to a tighter unit with a harder sound.

Pranksters extendedly toured Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Japan (which resulted in a label & distribution deal!) and supported major acts such as Good Charlotte & Flogging Molly.

"Living Disaster" has hit the Danish street earlier this year and is currently been played on national radio.

Upon their return from Japan, the band got invited on national television for a full tour report! Pranksters are now ready to take over the rest of Europe and why not, the WORLD, with a record chock-full of scream-along punkrock anthems.

Line-up: On vocals and guitar is Lars Hornehoj, earlier frontman in new-school punk band "Carpe diem".

On bass and backing vocals is Tim Kristensen, founder of legendary psychobilly band Godless Wicked Creeps.

Some may also rember Tim as songwriter & drummer of Nekromantix during the "Brought back to life" and "Demons are a girl's best friend" era.

Last but not least on drums Mikkel Pedersen who with a past in bands such as Understudies, Kentucky Luckies and The Marvins. Erhältlich ab 13.06.2014
